UMDRXY002 Digital Radiography System
Floor-Mounted Dual-Column Digital X-Ray System
The UMDRXY002 is a floor-mounted dual-column digital X-ray system
designed for routine general radiography in hospitals, clinics and diagnostic
imaging departments.
It combines a movable X-ray tube column, 4-way floating examination table,
vertical Bucky stand, digital flat panel detector and imaging workstation in one
integrated DR system.
Flexible tube positioning, wired or wireless detector options and configurable
high-frequency generators allow the system to be selected according to examination
workflow, room conditions and project requirements.
Key Features
180° Tube Rotation
Supports flexible X-ray tube positioning for table, vertical and routine general radiography.
4-Way Floating Table
Supports convenient patient positioning for recumbent radiographic examinations.
1700 mm Tube Rack Arm
Extended positioning range supports different examination positions and room workflows.
17×17 Digital Detector
Available with wired or wireless 17×17 inch flat panel detector configurations.
10.4″ TFT Touch Screen
Integrated touch control supports system operation and radiography workflow.
Digital Imaging Software
Supports image acquisition, post-processing, edge enhancement, image rotation and dose reporting.
Flexible Positioning for General Radiography
The floor-mounted dual-column structure combines a movable tube system,
floating examination table and vertical Bucky stand to support both
standing and recumbent examinations.
X-Ray Tube Column
Tube rack vertical movement reaches 990 mm, while column horizontal movement reaches
1380 mm for flexible alignment with the table and vertical stand.
Vertical Bucky Stand
Supports upright examinations including routine chest and other standing radiography.
Wired or Wireless 17×17 Flat Panel Detector
The UMDRXY002 can be configured with a wired or wireless
17×17 inch flat panel detector. The specified detector platform uses
amorphous silicon technology with a CsI scintillator, 3072 × 3072 pixel matrix
and 139 μm pixel pitch.
UMY Medical also supplies flat panel detectors separately for DR system configuration,
replacement and retrofit projects.

Multiple high-frequency generator configurations are available according to
radiography requirements. Depending on the selected system configuration,
tube voltage up to 150 kV and tube current up to
630 mA can be supported.
The system uses a rotating-anode X-ray tube. UMY Medical also supplies selected
X-ray tube assemblies separately for replacement and system-integration projects.
The linked tube below is a separate product option and should not be interpreted
as the standard tube fitted to every UMDRXY002 configuration.

General Radiography Applications
Routine standing chest examinations using the vertical Bucky stand.
Routine hand, arm, leg and other extremity radiography.
Supports routine lumbar and other spinal examinations.
Routine diagnostic radiography for hospitals and imaging departments.
X-Ray Components & System Support
In addition to complete DR systems, UMY Medical supplies selected X-ray components
for replacement, retrofit and system-integration projects.
Rotating-Anode X-Ray Tubes
X-ray tube options can be reviewed according to tube voltage, focal spot,
generator power, housing and thermal requirements.
Flat Panel Detectors
Wired and wireless detector options are available for DR systems,
detector replacement and digital retrofit projects.
X-Ray After-Sales & Remote Technical Support
Digital X-ray systems combine the generator, X-ray tube, detector, workstation,
software and mechanical positioning system. When an operating warning occurs,
effective troubleshooting usually requires equipment information, photos,
operating conditions and technical documentation rather than a single error code.
UMY Medical has documented a real remote troubleshooting case involving a
50kW DR system, showing how our technical team worked with the customer’s local
team to review an ER044 warning and collect the information required for further diagnosis.
