The UMH-LD Series 35–150L Vertical Autoclave is a range of
vertical pressure steam sterilizers designed for clinics, laboratories,
research institutes and other facilities requiring routine steam sterilization.
The series includes 35L, 50L, 75L, 100L, 120L and 150L models,
allowing users to select the chamber capacity according to instrument size,
daily sterilization volume and available installation space.
Each model combines a fully stainless-steel structure, microcomputer control,
LED status display, automatic air and steam discharge, and over-temperature
and over-pressure protection for routine laboratory sterilization workflows.

Microcomputer Control and LED Display
The sterilizer uses a microcomputer-controlled system with an
LED operating-status display and touch-type keys.
The interface allows the operator to monitor and control the sterilization
process from the front control panel.
The timer can be configured from 0–999 minutes or
0–99 hours 59 minutes, providing flexibility for different
sterilization procedures.
Automatic Air and Steam Discharge
The UMH-LD Series automatically discharges cold air during operation and
automatically releases steam after completion of the sterilization process.
At the end of the cycle, the unit automatically shuts off and provides an
audible reminder to indicate that the sterilization program has finished.
Pressure and Temperature Protection
The system incorporates both over-temperature and over-pressure protection
to support controlled pressure steam sterilization.
