This week, our team completed the final quality control and export packing for a batch of multi-parameter patient monitors heading to Azerbaijan.
Pre-Packing and Quality Checks
Shipping day is a busy mix of routine tasks and focused checks. To ensure accuracy, we keep the boxes open right behind each monitor until the last second—it’s the best way to match accessories and do one final count before the boxes are sealed.
What we check before boxing:
– Operations: Checking the screen and interface.
– Functions: Verifying startup and ensuring parameter modules are ready.
– Inventory: Matching every accessory to the packing list.
– Traceability: Double-checking labels for easier after-sales support later.
– Protection: Adding padding to handle vibration during transit.

Final Dispatch
We treat the packing process as an essential part of our quality control. A monitor is only helpful if it arrives in perfect condition with every sensor ready to go. This shipment is now fully documented, verified, and ready for dispatch to Azerbaijan.
