The UMH70003 and UMH70004 Infant Transport Systems are mobile neonatal transfer platforms designed for short-distance intra-hospital transport
of newborns and infants.

Both systems are built around the UMH-1000A-U infant bassinet and can integrate respiratory support equipment, an infant resuscitator,
medical air compressor, oxygen supply and optional backup power into one mobile platform.

The two models differ mainly in the air-oxygen blending configuration:
UMH70003 uses an external air-oxygen blender, while UMH70004 uses a resuscitator with a built-in air-oxygen blender.

UMH70003 UMH3000-TPA External UMH3000-SPD 0.1–1 L/min & 1–10 L/min
UMH70004 UMH3000-TPB Built-in 0–15 L/min

UMH-1000A-U Adjustable Infant Bassinet

The UMH-1000A-U forms the mobile patient platform of the transport system.
It consists of the bassinet, bed frame, supporting column, mattress and
medical casters.

The transparent bassinet allows medical staff to observe the infant,
while the ventilated base incorporates air openings for heat dissipation
and airflow.

The height can be adjusted by 100 mm, and the bassinet
can be tilted from 0° to 15°.

Bassinet Construction

  • Base / column: carbon steel and ABS
  • Basin: ABS
  • Bed frame: carbon steel, aluminum alloy and ABS
  • IV pole: stainless steel
  • Equipment / storage box: carbon steel, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and ABS
  • Non-slip handrail design
  • Large medical casters with foot brakes

Infant Bassinet Specifications

Bassinet Model UMH-1000A-U
Bed Frame Size 914 × 610 × 1030 mm
Mattress Size 625 × 345 mm
Height 1030–1130 mm
Height Adjustment 100 mm
Tilt Angle 0°–15°
Applicable Patient Newborns and infants with body length below 600 mm
Loading Capacity ≤20 kg
Net Weight 50 kg

Infant Resuscitation Support

Both transport system configurations use an infant resuscitator capable of
providing controlled respiratory support during transfer.

The system supports adjustment of
Peak Inspiratory Pressure (PIP),
Positive End-Expiratory Pressure (PEEP / CPAP)
and oxygen concentration.

Respiratory Specifications

Respiratory Mode Infant resuscitator
FiO2 21%–100%
Maximum Pressure Limit 60 cmH2O @ 5–15 L/min
Peak Inspiratory Pressure (PIP) 2–57 cmH2O @ 5–15 L/min
PEEP / CPAP 0.3–23 cmH2O @ 5–15 L/min
Working Noise <55 dB(A)

UMH70003 External Air-Oxygen Blender

The UMH70003 uses the UMH3000-TPA infant resuscitator
together with the external UMH3000-SPD air-oxygen blender.

The blender uses medical air and oxygen sources and allows adjustment of
both flow and oxygen concentration.

  • Flow range: 0.1–1 L/min and 1–10 L/min
  • Oxygen concentration: 21%–100%

UMH70004 Built-In Air-Oxygen Blender

The UMH70004 uses the UMH3000-TPB infant resuscitator
with an integrated air-oxygen blender.

The built-in configuration allows flow and oxygen concentration to be adjusted
without requiring a separate external blender or flow meter.

  • Flow range: 0–15 L/min
  • Oxygen concentration: 21%–100%

Medical Air Compressor

A medical air compressor can be integrated into the transport platform to
provide a local air supply for the respiratory system.

Power Source AC 220V / 110V, 50/60 Hz
Power 30 VA
Output Flow 10 L/min
Output Pressure 0.012–0.018 MPa
Noise ≤52 dB(A)

Optional Backup Power and Oxygen Supply

Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)

  • Optional capacity: 1000 W
  • Input: AC 145–275 V, 50 Hz
  • Output: AC 220 V, 50 Hz
  • Can supply compatible supporting electrical equipment

Oxygen Cylinder

  • Capacity: 4 L
  • Outer diameter: ≤15 cm

The supplied configuration guide recommends two cylinders per transport system
when continuous backup oxygen supply is required: one for active use and one as backup.

Expandable Equipment Platform

Equipment mounting positions on both sides of the bassinet frame allow the
transport platform to be expanded according to the required neonatal transfer
workflow.

Depending on the selected configuration, additional equipment may include:

  • Patient monitor
  • Infusion pump
  • Patient warming system
  • Oxygen cylinder
  • UPS backup power
  • Additional equipment box or storage box
